Here’s a collab for you — Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake have partnered up to build a 600-acre luxury residential community in Florida. You know you are a baller when you don’t build a house or an apartment building; you build a town.

It will be called The Wellington, and yes, it will have an 18-hole Pete Dye-deigned championship golf course. Duh!

A third partner in the development is The NEXUS Luxury Collection – an international real estate development and asset management company, which means there will be some beautiful homes.  Lots begin at $3 million, and the houses will start in the $4 million neighborhood.

Let’s talk amenities. The clubhouse at the golf course will have a performance center with training and analytics. There will be a world-class racket center with 12 state-of-the-art Pickleball courts, 12 tennis courts, and ten paddle courts.

There will be four swimming pools, including a resort-style pool for adults with cabanas. Don’t forget the 120,000-square-foot, two-story field house — which houses a 40,000-square-foot fitness center and a full spa.

If you are one of those hard-to-please types saying, “That’s great, but if only it had a 16-acre Central Park with a lake, yoga gardens, and outdoor center.” Well, it does.

Here’s how Douglas McMahon, Senior Managing Director at NEXUS and Managing Partner of Wellington Lifestyle Partners, described it to the New York Post.

“Palm Beach has long been a favorite location, but with the recent influx and growth of accomplished families to Palm Beach County, we are excited to bring a world-class club community to Wellington and provide new residential options, services and amenities where existing families and new families can thrive.”
