10 Habits of Successful People

It’s a pretty simple formula if you’re willing to follow it.

1. They Are Focused

Successful people always have one thing on their mind: their goals.
They understand that success doesn’t come easy. Sacrifices must be made.
They are very selective with how and with whom they spend their time.
Every day is a new day to get sh*t done.

2. They Don’t Care

People who are successful don’t pay attention to people or things that don’t serve them any value.

They don’t waste their time on things that don’t help them grow. They don’t focus on meaningless matters. They literally don’t give a sh*t unless it’s going to help them personally, financially, or in some way pertaining to their personal or corporate brand. Yes. They are selfish like that. Obviously, they’ll be nice to your face, but they literally don’t care. They don’t consume. They produce.

Wealthy people are always focused on their projects, their goals, and the people who are going to help their vision become a reality.

Successful people never let anyone or anything get in their way.

They’re not wasting their time on nonsense.

3. They Understand Money

64% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.

A solid 40% of Americans don’t have a penny in their savings accounts.

Make money. Save money. Spend wisely.

It really is that simple.

Don’t fall for the traps of the matrix. It’s designed to make us fail and become victims of the system.

4. They are GREAT Communicators

People who fail to communicate will fail to achieve their goals.

First, people need to understand who they are dealing with. Then, they need to figure out how they can deliver their message accordingly.

We all speak different languages, meaning, what you say to one will not be perceived the same when you say it to another.

Humans are very unique creatures.

Pay attention to everyone and learn whatever you can from everyone you meet.

5. They Dress Nicely

How we dress and present ourselves delivers an instant message.

6. They Prioritize

Prioritizing time is key.

Successful people break up their goals into smaller goals. They create a plan for action and follow through on each and every step.

They aren’t afraid to say no to people and spend their time wisely. They put their heart and mind where it matters.

7. They Never Stop Learning

The minute we stop learning is the minute we fail.

If you aren’t learning, you aren’t growing. Just as our stomachs need food, our minds need knowledge. We have to exercise our minds. Whatever we feed our minds will help us level up or down.

If we feed our minds knowledge, we will learn. If we feed our minds with meaningless nonsense, it will turn into mush. Reading has been proven to prevent dementia and Alzheimers and yet most people don’t read. Funny enough, if you ask people if they are afraid of getting dementia they’ll immediately tell you yes but then don’t do what they need to do to prevent it from happening to them.

The statistics speak for themselves.

We know eating healthy is important for our mental, physical, and emotional health and yet 70% of Americans are overweight. Do people understand the importance of their health and how it affects their lives? Do they simply not care? Hmmm..

8. They Aren’t Impressed Easily

People who are impressed easily are probably not the brightest.

Being easily impressed symbolizes that someone doesns’t have a concept of what is worthy of their attention. They probably haven’t seen something better.

9. They Schmooze

If you don’t ask, you’ll never know.

Successful people understand that every encounter is an opportunity to learn and understand the world they live in.

They need to know how the average person thinks because that is who they are selling to. They aren’t looking to be friends with everyone they talk to, but they certainly need to understand them in order to sell to them.

10. They Take Care of Themselves (and others)

Successful people always make time for themselves. They eat well, treat themselves to things that make them happy (once in a while), and always take time for their friends and families.
