Nearly two-thirds of Iowa Republicans reject the idea that President Joe Biden won the 2020 election legitimately, entrance polls at the state caucuses indicated on Monday. According to surveys conducted by multiple outlets, 68 percent of caucus-goers fully embrace the idea that voter fraud contributed to former President Donald Trump’s loss in the last election—much to the displeasure of the establishment media.

Monday night’s caucuses saw former President Trump cruise to victory in record time, with almost every major network calling the vote in his favor when less than 1 percent of the vote had been submitted. This projected victory, which was based on entrance polls conducted by the Associated PressReutersthe New York TimesCNBCFox, and CNN, was made official later that night when Trump was officially declared the winner.

With 95 percent of the vote reported by 10:55 PM, Trump led with 51 percent support, followed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis at 21.2 percent and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley at 19.1 percent. Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy fell further back at 7.7 percent and dropped out of the race shortly after the results were announced.

However, the same entrance polls that gave the early indications of Trump’s victory also provided other interesting insights into the Republican voter base.

According to CNN’s poll, which surveyed 1,628 caucus-goers, a record number of Republicans are suspicious of the circumstances surrounding Joe Biden’s 2020 victory. A total of 66 percent of respondents answered “No” when asked if Biden won legitimately in 2020. Only 29 percent said “Yes,” with the remainder undecided.

When broken down by candidate of choice, the picture of the current party electorate became even clearer. Unsurprisingly, Trump supporters were the vast majority of those who answered in the negative—69 percent of the “No” responses. 17 percent of this group were DeSantis supporters, followed by 9 percent from Ramaswamy and only 5 percent from Haley.

However, among those who believe Biden did win legitimately, the former South Carolina governor’s supporters were the majority. 53 percent of those who answered “Yes” are backing Haley, alongside 29 percent from DeSantis, 11 percent from Trump, and 6 percent from Ramaswamy.

Polls conducted by Edison Research, the Washington Post, and others mirrored these results. Overall, 3 out of 10 voters who support Nikki Haley also believe that Joe Biden is the legitimate president.

Another poll result that shocked mainstream outlets showed that these percentages were roughly reversed when discussing Donald Trump’s pending criminal charges. 65 percent of respondents answered “Yes” when asked whether Trump would be fit for the presidency if convicted of a crime. Trump supporters constituted 72 percent of this group.

Among the 31 percent who believe Trump should be disqualified if convicted in a criminal court, roughly half were Haley supporters.
