Anyone who’s flown frequently has stories about people sitting next to them who are obnoxious, annoying, or just plain weird. Loud gum chewing, snoring, and obnoxious behavior after drinking too much is usually the limit, but it’s not what Melanie Shofield experienced recently.
She sat next to a creep watching porn on his phone and documented it with a video on Tik Tok.
“When the old man you’re sitting next to on the plane starts watching plane [email protected] so you tell the flight attendants, and now you’re sitting first class.”
The 19-year old made no mention of what airline she was on. She did caption her TikTok saying, “only cried for like ten minutes so we’re gucci.” (Translation, she’s good, no long-term damage).
The details are strange, to say the least. Here’s part of what Shofield told the Daily Dot.
“Within five seconds of looking at him, I notice he is typing on his phone, ‘sex on a plane,’ and he begins watching pornography of people having sex on a plane.”
She at least had a happy ending, being escorted to first class by a sympathetic flight attendant.
