Some people avoid family gatherings for the simple fact they are ashamed a younger sibling makes more money than they do, but imagine what it would be like being out-earned by your dog? Well, if your dog were Tucker Budzyn, with almost 25 million followers on social media, it would feel pretty darn good because you’d be rich.

Tucker is a golden retriever in Michigan who is crushing it as a four-legged influencer. He’s got 11.1 million followers on TikTok, 5.1 million on YouTube, 4.3 million on Facebook, and 3.4 million on Instagram. Heck, the pooch has another 62,400 on Twitter too.

Add it all up, and you get a 5-year-old canine who’s been pulling down a six-figure income since he was too.

Courtney Budzyn is the brains behind the operation; she owns Tucker and gets to cash the checks. “A YouTube-paid post can be anywhere from $40,000 to $60,000 for a 30-minute pre-roll. Instagram, we make about $20,000 for anywhere from three to eight stories.”

She started Tucker’s IG page five years ago, on the day she got him, and almost immediately had a video go viral. At Tucker’s 6-month birthday, he had over 60,000 followers, and it’s grown since then.

On TitkTok, they make between $6,500 – $11K per post and post multiple times per week.

Obviously, this has turned into a full-time job for Courtney. She used to be a house cleaner, and her husband, Mike, was a civil engineer. Yeah, they quit their jobs and now just manage their pet. There is a lot of work to be done after forming a partnership with a major brand, and this has turned into a very big business.
