The U.N. has declared the U.S. / Mexico Border to be the deadliest in the world.

A new report from the United Nations has found that the border crisis has gotten much worse during Biden’s presidency.

More than 1.5 million illegal immigrants have entered the United States in 2021.

The U.S. / Mexico border is now the “deadliest land crossing in the world.”

Most recently, an abandoned truck was found with 46 migrants found dead inside.

Their discovery arrived as US federal authorities launched an “unprecedented” operation to disrupt human smuggling networks amid an influx of migrants at the US-Mexico border.

The incident was marked as the deadliest border crossing in American history.

Over 16 people were hospitalized due to heat exhaustion and other ailments.

The tragedy has burdened the hearts of many Americans and those who simply come to our country seeking a better life for themselves and their families.

This is yet another reminder that the border security issue is not going away or showing any signs of improvement. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

DEATHS AT THE BORDER

According to the International Organization for Migration’s (IOM) Missing Migrants Project (MMP), more than 1,200 people died while migrating to the United States in 2021.

This is a significant increase from the 854 deaths reported in 2019 and 798 deaths in 2020.

Of these deaths, over 728 happened at the U.S./ Mexico border.

“The number of deaths on the United States-Mexico border last year is significantly higher than in any year prior, even before COVID-19,” said report author Edwin Viales. “Yet, this number remains an undercount due to the diverse challenges for data collection.”

The Number of Illegal Migrants Continues to Soar

Last month, over 239,416 encounters were reported at America’s southern border.

Documents recently released show the Biden administration has released more than 1 million illegal immigrants into the U.S. population.

Andrew Arthur, Resident Fellow in Law and Policy for the Center for Immigration Studies said, that’s “a population larger than the number of residents in the president’s home state of Delaware. They’re being released at a rate of 2,115 per day.”

According to the IOM, the death toll for 2022 is 493 so far.

Biden Administration Believes Everything is Just Fine!

When asked about how the Biden administration is handling the U.S. / Mexico border, the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas said Sunday, “I think that we are doing a good job.”
