According to the Declaration of Independence, An “Insurrection” is PERFECTLY LEGAL!
Definition of Insurrection: “An insurrection is an organized attempt by a group of people to defeat their government and take control of their country, usually by violence.”
According to the Declaration of Independence, an insurrection is perfectly legal and well within our rights as Americans.
That is why the 2nd Amendment was created…
Ironically enough, the “DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE” was created to secede (via violence and force) from Britain due to lack of representation while paying taxes…
The Declaration of Independence Reads:
“…That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…”
It doesn’t say Americans cannot use force. Quite the opposite, actually.
That is why the second amendment exists…
We the people give our governments the powers they have, according to the Declaration of Independence.
What is the purpose of the second amendment?
The Second Amendment, ratified in 1791, was proposed by James Madison to allow the creation of civilian forces that can counteract a tyrannical federal government.
The purpose of our second amendment, which many politicians, elites, and covert organizations are trying to be-rid us of, is to ensure that the people always have power over those who rule them.
If Americans didn’t have access to guns, how could they possibly defend themselves against a corrupt government?
The 2nd Amendment Reads:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
What is a Militia?
According to google, a militia is “a military force that is raised from the civil population to supplement a regular army in an emergency.”
Why can governments declare wars?
Governments and politicians are allowed to declare wars, kill MILLIONS of innocent citizens (usually their own and those of opposing nations), but if citizens of a country want to overthrow their corrupt government, they want you to think it’s illegal.
It’s not illegal. That’s why we are seeing a witch hunt against those who have supported anything similar to a potential coup detat.
This is why “they” are working so hard to divide the people…
A population of informed, unified citizens would never allow their rights to be taken away from them… This is also why they are trying to destroy masculinity.

What a Coincidence…
During Alex Jones’s testimony at the trial on Wednesday, the Infowars host’s lead attorney, Andino Reynal, had “mistakenly” sent the opposing attorney two years’ worth of texts from Jones’s cellphone.
Now, the U.S. House Jan. 6 investigating committee has requested two years’ worth of records from Jones’ phone.
Alex Jones plans to comply with the request.
The subpoena says that Alex Jones helped organize the Jan. 6 Trump rally…
This explains why his lawyer likely “accidentally” sent his texts to the OPPOSING lawyer…
In the subpoena letter, Rep. Bennie Thompson, the Democratic chair, claims Jones helped organize the Jan. 6 rally at the Ellipse that preceded the insurrection.
How do we know they didn’t blackmail Jones’ lawyers? How do we know this trial wasn’t orchestrated to gain access to these texts and put Alex Jones in jail?
“They” want to make an example out of those who rebel against the corrupt government and its corresponding institutions.
The reason for this, is to incite fear into other Americans and citizens around the world so that they not follow in their footsteps.
The corrupt, tyrannical government and it’s complying media will do ANYTHING to make an example out of those who speak against their narrative.
They are fearful of anyone who speaks AGAINST the mainstream narrative, even though it is our right as Americans (freedom of speech).
That is why they are so desperate to silence and censor anyone who goes against their agenda or narrative.
“Fact Checkers”
In the name of “fact checkers” (propaganda checkers), our government does its best to control the information Americans have access to because they fear anything that may open their minds to opposing, alternative ideas.
