The next round of CNN 9 a.m. news meeting tapes have been released by James O’Keefe and Project Veritas and once again CNN is shown to be more interested in driving the narrative than simply reporting the news. This time, the calls center around burying the Hunter Biden laptop story and advocating for ways to steer Cuban voters away from Trump heading into Election Day.

On the newly released tapes, Senior Vice President of CNN Cynthia Hudson laid out her concerns about Cuban voters turning out for Trump and how the network could play a role in turning them toward Biden. As Hudson said, “Trump has used the communism, socialism rhetoric as part of his hook for the Cubans in Miami, how that has resonated and how the Biden team has not done enough to counter that,” Hudson said. “This is all that—that the only reason they are supporting Trump is because of that narrative. And that narrative, and the fact that sadly, I have to say, there’s a population that’s very attracted to bullies.

“And no one is countering it properly in Florida. The Cubans are going to vote for Trump,” she continued. “And that’s terrifying. And, so, I think that there is a way to counter the narrative in Florida (Biden is a socialist) that is not being taken advantage of.”

In a separate call from a different 9 a.m. news meeting, three of the top executives from the network can be heard discussing the Hunter Biden laptop story. Instead of suggesting looking into the allegations, CNN political director David Chalian said, “Obviously, we’re not going with the New York Post story right now on Hunter Biden and?, which seems to be giving its marching orders to Fox News and the right-wing echo chamber about what to talk about today.”

Later in the call, CNN Executive VP David Vigilante even referenced a New York Times reporter and a Politco reporter for even daring to retweet the New York Post story saying, “What in the world are Maggie Haberman and Jake Sherman doing retweeting that story?”

How dare a journalist retweet a story by the New York Post. What’s next? Something even crazier like a journalist looking into the allegations? Clearly no one at CNN would have the integrity to be that crazy.
