It’s probably the worst kept secret in Hollywood.
Dwayne Johnson is thinking about conquering one more world after becoming the biggest star in professional wrestling and then the movie industry, and his next act if he goes through with it could make him the most powerful person in the world, and not just the most popular.
Newsweek published a poll, that showed 46% of Americans would support The Rock running for President of the United States.
Johnson responded to the poll, and he didn’t even try to deny that he would be interested. “I don’t think our Founding Fathers EVER envisioned a six-four, bald, tattooed, half-Black, half-Samoan, tequila drinking, pick up truck driving, fanny pack-wearing guy joining their club – but if it ever happens it’d be my honor to serve you, the people,” Johnson said on Instagram.
Back in 2017, Johnson started covertly hinting that politics is on the back of his mind. And this is The Rock we’re talking about, so he was only thinking big, as in the biggest job anyone could hold.
