Not only are the 33-year-old’s fans spending a small fortune on tickets and elaborate Instagram-worthy show apparel, but cities on her tour map are also experiencing heightened rates of restaurant and hotel reservations. Tourism in Las Vegas skyrocketed to pre-pandemic levels during the songstress’ March concert dates.

Based on data from Choose Chicago, a marketing organization, Fortune reported that Chicago hotel occupancy rates hit an all-time high of 96.8% during the evenings of her local shows.

For each Eras performance night, Bloomberg recently estimated that Swift will earn roughly $10 million just from ticket sales, alone.

Taylor is also making a generous habit of contributing large sums of money to communities she is performing in, including areas of Michigan, Arizona, and Florida thus far. Most recently, she made a substantial donation to Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan following her performances at Detroit’s Ford Field, according to their Friday announcement on Facebook.

“These words ring true today with Taylor’s surprise donation to Gleaners during her #TSTheErasTour stop in #Detroit,” the social media post said. “Thank you for making an impact & empowering kids and families with nutritious food!”

The food bank preempted the thank you message by sharing a quote from Taylor herself: “No matter what happens in life, be good to people.”
