  • A book called, Winners by Alistair Campbell is of high-recommendation. PBD team should have Campbell over as well as he has carried out multiple interviews with the likes of Mourinho, SAF, A. Wenger, F1 teams, to politicans and so forth. The book is really good at dissecting what winning means. The context of it and the team at hand. Including the notion of the processes and interoperable nature that a team generates throughout the season or year.
