If you love Snapchat but hate your username because you opened your account when you were young and stupid, you will be able to come up with a new one without having to create an entirely new account.
The company is releasing that new feature on February 23rd for both IOS and Android.
You’ll have the ability to make the change just one time per year, so think this through if you plan on taking advantage of it. It will be impossible to get back your old username, so consider the change permanent.
Here are the details on how to do it.
Tap the Bitmoji icon in the top right corner of the camera
Tap the gear icon
Select “Username”
Select “Change Username”
All your contacts, memories, and everything else is safe and secure once you change your username.
