Imagine a world where you can board a flight, and if you needed to send and receive a handful of important emails, you could do it.

Or better yet, a world where wifi service actually works on an airplane is legitimately high speed and, even better, doesn’t carry the same price tag as an entree selection at Nobu.

It will be a reality, starting this fall, on JSX flights thanks to their new deal with SpaceX, making JSX the first airline to add Starlink satellite internet on flights.

JSX founder and CEO Alex Wilcox told CNBC that his deal with Elon Musk and SpaceX would bring high-speed wife service on up to 100 of their 30-seat Embraer jets in their fleet.

“We’ll be the first to have [Starlink] on an airplane.”

An added bonus for JSX passengers is that the service will be free, with Wilcox adding that it “will be just like home, only faster.”

Dallas-based JSX is quickly becoming a go-to choice for luxury travelers seeking semi-private service at affordable prices.
