On Monday night, President Trump’s rally at the Orlando Sanford International Airport was just the beginning of his road show this week. Air Force One pilots are going to be busy transporting the President and his crew to live rallies for his supporters as the November 3 election date draws near. This week, he is scheduled to be in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Iowa on Wednesday and North Carolina on Thursday.

His campaign was essentially re-launched in Orlando on Monday, ten days after announcing he had tested positive for Covid-19, with a dramatic entrance, a large crowd, and a message that he’s back and wants to give everyone a “big fat kiss.”

The President’s supporters started lining up for the rally more than 24-hours before Trump was even scheduled to take the stage. The President made sure to give them a show, making a grand entrance as he walked directly off Air Force One and onto the stage. “It’s great to be back in my home state, Florida, to make my official return to the campaign trail,” Trump said.

A couple hours before the rally in Florida, the White House released a statement saying the president had tested negative for COVID-19 on consecutive days. Trump talked about his recovery and made it clear he is feeling no effects from the virus, boasting to the crowd “I feel so powerful, I’ll walk into that audience. I’ll walk in there, I’ll kiss everyone in that audience. I’ll kiss the guys and the beautiful women … everybody. I’ll just give ya a big fat kiss.”

Why Florida? It’s widely viewed as a must win for Trump on the path to 270 electoral votes in order to win a victory over former VP and current presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Joe Biden, meanwhile, is planning to visit the Sunshine State on Tuesday with a meeting in Pembroke Pines to discuss issues with seniors. He also plans to take part in a “voter mobilization” event in Miramar.
