On the brink of Andrew Tate and his brother awaiting proper justice, Patrick Bet-David was able to sit down with Tina Glandian – the Tate brothers’ lead defense attorney.

Glandian is working alongside the Romanian legal defense team, and initially stated the complications tied to not having been able to visit the Tate brothers as a result of the prosecutor’s decision denying their visitation request.

Here are some things we learn from PBD and Tina’s interview:

  • High-profile cases usually involve other factors not found in regular cases where the team just has to work on their defense and not the public having information released from prosecution and/or police.
  • Romania can keep the Tate brothers imprisoned up to 180 days. This is referred as “Preventative Arrest.”
  • Regulations and protocols are completely different in Romania compared to the United States.
  • Tate brothers have not had an indictment returned against them or formally charged.
  • Glandian called the U.S. Embassy while in Bucharest, asking for assistance to visit Tate brothers but they told her to refer to her Romanian Counsel and work with their procedures.
  • Glandian believes if it were not Andrew Tate but a regular U.S. citizen, there would be more assistance.
  • While imprisoned, Andrew Tate does not have access to social media or anything other than extremely brief and recorded phone calls.
  • The strategy is to get to the truth. It is challenging when one cannot see their client in person.
  • High profile cases usually move a bit faster than lower profiled cases, but this specific case has been taking some time.
  • This investigation began around April 2022. Allegations were shown to be false.
  • The Tate brothers filed a criminal complaint when they were not charged or were investigated any further.
  • The investigation claimed that the brothers held the two women involved against their will.
  • Police began to surveil the brothers, allegedly trying to find something to investigate.
  • The Tate brothers are doing what they can to remain mentally, physically and spiritually strong.
  • The brothers are able to interact with each other from time to time.
  • The actual charges being investigated are predicted to be proven as “demonstrably false,” according to Glandian.
  • Glandian thinks that the prosecution is using this preventative arrest to prolong the brothers’ detention in efforts to attempt to find some sort of evidence.
  • “Tate is political,” according to PBD.
  • There are many individuals looking to help in any way they can.
  • The Tate brothers’ assets have been ceased as of now – it is concerning how they have frozen any access.
  • When Glandian first saw the WhatsApp messages between the two girls stating things like, “we got him.
  • WhatsApp messages were read from PBD, suggesting that the two girls involved in the allegations suggest that they are framing the Tate brothers.
  • There is a great deal of optimism with what is currently being investigated.
  • No new alleged victims and/or witnesses have come out nor has there been any new information.
  • “This is just not a case of human trafficking,” Glandian says.
  • For those who love, hate or are indifferent to Andrew Tate, Glandian offers two points: focus not because of their frame of critical thinking or speaking, but on the actual crime.
  • When you hear Andrew Tate’s long-formatted explanations, it’ll change many people’s perspective on the man, possibly even transforming the way they perceive him.
