The city of Nashville faces a public records lawsuit demanding the release of transgender school shooter’s mysterious writings recovered at the crime scene and at her parents’ home.

The shooter, Audrey Hale, took the lives of six people back in March. Hale had her chosen name, Aiden, inscribed with a knife on her clothes at the time of the shooting.

An autopsy report also revealed Hale had an orange plastic anklet with the number 508407 on it as well as mysterious words, drawings, and numbers all over her clothing. It is still unclear what those writings and drawings consisted of.

The 28-year-old trans artist was killed by police after opening fire on a private Christian elementary school in Nashville, Tennessee. The report confirmed that Hale self-identified as a trans male, however, the report lists her as female.

According to Fox News Digital, Hale slept with journals on other school shootings under her bed – police recovered dozens of notebooks and drawings, including two “memoirs” and a hand-drawn map of the Covenant School.

Despite extensive investigation, a definitive motive for the school shooting remains unknown. Hale was a former student of the Covenant School, as reported by Nashville police.

Hallie Scruggs, William Kinney, and Evelyn Dieckhaus were the nine-year-old children killed in the incident, along with headmistress Dr. Katherine Koonce, 60, substitute teacher Cynthia Peak, 61, and chef Mike Hill, 61.

Hale used three of the seven guns purchased to carry out the shooting and was gunned down inside the premises of the school by two officers. Body cam footage showed each officer discharging four rounds, leading to Hale’s death.
