Larry Sinclair, the man who claims to have taken cocaine and engaged in sexual relations with former President Barack Obama, has sued the liberal influencer brothers Ed and Brian Krassenstein for defamation over accusations that Sinclair is lying about his encounter. In return, the Krassensteins have filed two motions to dismiss Sinclair’s suit on grounds that he failed to state a claim and that he does not live in the United States, making his suit through Texas Federal Court illegitimate.

Sinclair has been attempting to expose Obama’s alleged secret life for years, which culminated in an appearance on Tucker Carlon’s X show. The Krassensteins write him off as a grifter out to make money.

Sinclair claims he did not fail a lie detector test on his claims about Obama, but the Krassensteins allege that the test administrator declared Sinclair “deceptive.” The Krassensteins are also alleging that Sinclair’s criminal history and previous admissions to forgery invalidate his claims.
