Now, this is what you call forward-thinking employee relations. Snoop Dogg is very conscious that inflation under the Biden administration is making things challenging for workers, so he was proactive and gave his “P-B-R” (professional blunt roller) a raise.

If you’re wondering what a position like that might pay, Snoop said on The Howard Stern Show recently that it was between $40,000 and $50,000.  But there are other forms of employee benefits, if that’s what you’d call them; as much marijuana as the P-B-R wants for free.

Snoop has employed someone in this position for the past three years, and as busy as the iconic hip hop star is now following his blowout performance at the Super Bowl in February, there’s almost no way Snoop would have the time to perform this task on his own.

The blunt roller has to be available around the clock and travels the world with Snoop by his side on every trip.

Earlier this week, UberFacts sent out a tweet about the blunt roller’s salary: “Snoop Dogg employs a full-time blunt roller which makes between $40,000 and $50,000 a year.”

After seeing that, Snoop shared the tweet, adding, “Inflation. Their salary went up.”

A story in nme.com referenced a Seth Rogen appearance on Howard Stern where he collaborated on the existence of full-time blunt rollers and took it a step further, explaining to Stern the unspoken language a big time pot smoker like Rogen and Snoop might communicate to their staff when they need a smoke, saying Snoop’s weed roller “knows how to gauge the look on someone’s face when it seems like they want a blunt and if they do, he gives you one.” and reported the Seth Rogen.

This job might not appeal to younger people entering the workforce because it does require you not to work at home.
