The Biden administration is suing Arizona for requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections

Is this another desperate move from the left to gather more votes?

The Biden Administration wants to ensure that the game is completely in their favor, and wants illegal immigrants to vote in American elections.

The Biden Administration is suing the state of Arizona because the state plans on requiring voters to show proof of American citizenship.

The Justice Department announced on July 5th that it has filed a lawsuit against the State of Arizona, challenging voting restrictions imposed by House Bill 2492 (2022), a recently-enacted law set to take effect in January 2023.

According to the lawsuit, Arizona has passed a law that “turns the clock back” on progress by imposing unlawful and unnecessary requirements that would block eligible voters from the registration rolls for certain federal elections.

A review by The Associated Press in the six battleground states disputed by former President Trump has found fewer than 475 cases of potential voter fraud, a minuscule number that would have made no difference in the 2020 presidential election. Democrat Joe Biden won Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and their 79 Electoral College votes by a combined 311,257 votes out of 25.5 million ballots cast for president. The Justice Department said it will continue to use every available tool to protect all Americans’ right to vote and to ensure that their voices are heard.

The United States’ complaint challenges provisions of House Bill 2492 under Section 6 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) and Section 101 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona is dedicated to protecting voters in the state,” said U.S. Attorney Gary M. Restaino for the District of Arizona.

“We are proud to join the Civil Rights Division in bringing this lawsuit to ensure that all eligible citizens in Arizona have the opportunity to register to vote and exercise their fundamental right to participate in our elections.”

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said that he will not accept the DOJ’s demands.

“In addition to free rooms and transportation for those illegally entering our country, the DOJ now wants to give them a chance to vote.”

“It’s another round of Brnovich v. Biden. I will once again be in court defending Arizona against the lawlessness of the Biden administration,” said the Arizona Attorney General.

President Biden’s approval rating recently dropped to a low 33%

Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Independents, and nearly anyone with some sort of common sense can see that President Biden is failing our country from every angle.

From the start of his presidency, things have not been going well.

Who will vote for Biden after he destroyed the American economy?

Illegal immigrants from Socialist countries would have gratitude for even the lowest level of living in our nation… and we can’t blame them. They come here for good reason… to escape their countries which are in even worse shape than America…

Was the left not making an issue about other countries for allegedly interfering in our electoral process?

And we’re supposed to believe they weren’t involved in election fraud with the recent presidential election in 2020? 🙄

VERY SUSPICIOUS!
