Hunter Biden and his legal associates have admitted that his father, President Joe Biden, was “the big guy,” a name he used in emails about corrupt dealings including kickbacks from doing business with a Chinese energy firm.

This means that Hunter knowingly lied when he said his father was not involved in his business dealings with Ukrainian and Chinese oligarchs. It has already been known that Joe would commonly appear at dinners with shadowy figures financially tied to Hunter.

Previously, Hunter said an email from accomplice James Gilliar, in which offered Joe a 10 percent stake in a deal with CEFC China Energy, was a “pie-in-the-sky idea.” Hunter has also attempted to claim that he did not know what he was getting involved in, and if he had he “would have picked up the phone and said, ‘You’re out of your mind.’” The Post first reported on this story in October 2020.

Hunter in fact texted a staffer at CEFC, “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.” While his legal team has brushed this off as a result of him being “high or drunk,” CEFC ended up paying $5.1 million.

Joe Biden also shot down a Post reporter who asked him if he was involved in the activity discussed in these emails in June 2023. He was specifically referring to the accusation made by an FBI informant that Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from a Ukrainian executive at gas company Burisma while he was serving as vice president.

“Why did the Ukraine FBI informant file refer to you as the ‘big guy,’ President Biden? Why is that term continuously applied?”

Joe shouted back: “Why do you ask such dumb questions?”

The executive, Vadim Pozharskyi, began paying Hunter a million dollars per year in 2014. Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina possibly sent a company owned by Hunter $3.5 million for unspecified reasons just 10 days after Joe attended a dinner with them.

“I believe that he probably had a Coca-Cola and a bowl of spaghetti,” Hunter said dismissively when asked what transpired at the dinner.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s brother James confirmed in an impeachment testimony on March 1st that Joe, while serving as Vice President, received a $40,000 check drawn from funds that James had received from a CEFC, which is highly problematic due to its links to the Chinese Communist Party. James defends himself on the grounds that he was not aware of the connections, and claims that he “misspoke” when he told the IRS that Hunter referred to the CEFC chairman as Chinese President Xi Jinping’s “protege.”
