The pre-fight pay per view numbers might not be going well for Showtime leading up to Sunday night’s fight between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley.

Either that, or Paul just can’t resist trolling the UFC President any chance he gets.

On Saturday night, following UFC on ESPN 30, a reporter from MMA Junkie asked White at a press conference how he wanted to respond to Jake Paul’s statement he made recently regarding the feud he’s created with the UFC boss. Paul had said if he ever ran into White in public, the meeting would end in Paul “knocking him the f**k out!”

White’s response was beautiful, and he managed to subtly slam Paul in the process.

“It actually makes sense. I’m 52 years old. I’m in the age bracket of guys he fights, so yeah, I could see him wanting to fight me. It’s all he fights are 50-year-olds.”

White went on to claim that having fighters make threats toward him is not exactly breaking news.

“Let me tell you what. Get in line. There are plenty of people who would like to assault me. Get in line. It’s a long f*cking line, buddy. You’re going to be waiting for a while. No, it doesn’t bother me. This is the business we’re in. I say it all the time about the fighters, too. We are not in the nice guy business. This is a very mean business. I say many mean things about people, too. It’s just part of this game. It’s all good.”
