Add another well respected political figure who feels that there must be some sort of conspiracy involving the JFK death. On Novemember 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was shot and killed. Multiple shots were fired

And that’s where the undisputed facts end. Those focused on physics said it was impossible for Lee Harvey Oswald, the man arrested for the murder, to be the lone assassin. More information could have been gleaned from him, but of course he was killed by Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby, before he could help solve the case.

The Warren Commission issued a report declaring there to be no conspiracy, although many in that commission had deep ties to the CIA and other parties interested in covering up their role in the assassination.

Increasingly, theorists point to the CIA as being the culprit. Now, former Congressman Ron Paul is echoing that claim, giving it some serious cache.

On “TimcastIRL”, a popular podcast hosted by Tim Pool, Ron Paul claims a straight up CIA coup saying, “But I do believe there has been a coup, it has been taken over, and if I can I want to just put the date in my mind. Anybody could probably pick any date in the last 100 years, but I picked November 22, 1963.”

This comes after a new batch of records were declassified that expressed a deep lack of transparency the CIA implemented when investigating the JFK assassination. The CIA even intercepted a call Lee Harvey Oswald made to the Soviet Embassy while he was in Mexico City. This was a full month before JFK’s death. To establish this interference, the CIA formed a relationship with and got permission from the Mexican president to do so. That deep level of involvement with a neighboring government, with some random, sour American expat, shows that the CIA may have been two steps ahead of the JFK assassination, at the very least.
