A vast network of non-governmental organizations (or NGOs), spanning South, Central, and North America has been conducting a “carefully planned and deliberately executed industrial mass migration program,” contributing to the crisis at the southern border, a new report finds.
These NGOs — many of which receive taxpayer funding — have been guiding scores of illegal immigrants through Central America and across the US-Mexico border, where other groups wait to disperse them throughout the country.
A new report from newcomer conservative outlet Muckraker.com exposes multiple international NGOs for their roles in weakening American border security. According to the report published just before Christmas, organizations distribute maps to illegal migrants highlighting suggested routes through South and Central America, as well as navigation tips and recommendations for safe lodging along the way. As Muckraker reported, “these maps are hardly reported on by the mainstream media since illegal aliens usually lose the maps along the way.”
The outlet alleges that half a dozen of these documents were obtained directly from the NGOs along the high-traffic migration routes in South America, exposing the extent of the international coordination.

One map, distributed by a group called Amigos Del Tren (or “Friends of the Train”), helps migrants stow away on Mexico’s “Train of Death,” which runs all the way to the US border.
Groups of illegals routinely hitch a ride on freight cars to cover ground quicker. One of Mexico’s largest railway operators suspended operations earlier this year after dozens of people were killed or injured while hopping the train.
Amigos Del Tren provides immigrants with maps of the Mexican rail systems, lists hostels that can be found near the routes, and shows the distance between key cities.
A similar map from the American Red Cross lists 80 stops between Panama and the United States and provides information about regional climates and local amenities. An attached document also gives elaborate lists of health and safety tips, information about migrant rights under international law, and recommendations to:
- Delete call records after borrowing a stranger’s phone
- Carry COVID-19 vaccination documents at all times
- Avoid traveling by train “if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that can make you drowsy.
Additional documents from the United Nations International Organization of Migration (IOM), Doctors Without Borders, and Refugees from Venezuela offer lists of consulate locations, highlight the best walking routes, and summarize travel times between key points.

While this shocking report exposes the extent to which international forces are facilitating the country’s immigration crisis, the pipeline for the invasion does not end at the border.
Leftist media watchdog Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting (FAIR) reported earlier this year that the Biden administration’s Department of Homeland Security had allocated $363 million to various NGOs assisting illegals once they entered the country. This assistance extends all the way to free airline seats, facilitating migrants’ redistribution to sanctuary cities throughout the country.
A series of viral social media posts circulated during the Christmas travel rush reportedly showed hundreds of immigrants boarding planes bound for New York—most without any form of identification.
My @Delta flight from Phoenix appears to be flying migrants who crossed the border and are being shipped to New York
When I asked a Delta representative if this was the case, his response was “What does it matter, they’re humans too”

This was the sign at the “immigration line” I saw at Tucson airport last night where airport personnel were directing illegal immigrants who had been released w/ their DHS paperwork. Non citizens w/ no passports only. This was at TSA security for domestic flight – not at customs,… pic.twitter.com/H2SPYxHU9j

Congressional Republicans including Rep. Matt Gaetz (FL) and Sen. Ted Cruz (TX) have queried Delta Airlines and DHS officials about the situation, but have not yet received an answer.
Meanwhile, The New York Post reports that the year’s largest migrant caravan—estimated to be 8,000 strong—made its way through Mexico on Christmas Eve, drawing steadily closer to the border. Luis Garcia Villagran, the leftist Christian activist who organized the group, expects the caravan to swell to 15,000 by the time it reaches the US.
The migrant group, primarily made up of Cubans, Venezuelans, and Hondurans, also has sizeable percentages of Haitians, as well as aliens from countries as far away as eastern Africa and China.
NEW: A man from Guinea who had just crossed illegally into Lukeville, AZ tells me he plans to go to Philadelphia. When I asked why, he didn’t know, and pulled out a piece of paper w/ an address written on it he’s supposed to go to. We looked it up, it’s a local community center. pic.twitter.com/kru5Ad6sak

United States Customs and Border Patrol reported more than 730,000 migrant encounters on the border since October 1, 2023—a number that surpasses the population of Denver, Colorado—and December is on track to set the monthly record for migrant crossings.
