Chances are, the dude could be broke in less than a decade, but if that happens, the Powerball winner who cleared over $2 billion with his winning ticket in November will live like a baller until then. He just bought a sick house in Beverly Hills. Price tag? A lot!

Edwin Castro is the guy who took home a one-time payment of $997.6 million before taxes. So, yeah, he can afford this beautiful, $25 million crib. There are 13,578 square feet of luxury: killer views, a movie theater, game room, wince cellar bar, sauna, and gym. The kitchen is ultra-modern.

Castro has to go car shopping quickly if he hasn’t. Considering his new house has a five-car showroom.

An infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and sweet deck are in the backyard.

I won’t say this dude is doomed, but a study by the National Endowment for Financial Education said that 70% of people who win a lottery end up broke.

Mr. Castro is going to have no problem finding friends with this house. And if he can’t, he can afford to buy some. For now, anyway.
