Parents, this video may be a bit disturbing. But I wat to tell you the truth. However, there are solutions as to how you should be involved. There are SIX different ways people are reacting to the madness taking place in our education system. I highly encourage you to execute on some of the solutions I am offering.
There is a video circulating on the internet of an 11-year-old boy from Windham Middle School reading a book found in his school library in front of the city council. The details in the video are very disturbing – specific, graphic and explaining homosexual experiences in explicit detail.
Six ways people are reacting to the woke school agenda:
- Obliviousness – parents are not involved enough with what’s going on their kids. Do not be surprised if your kids get caught up in the madness – you did nothing to disrupt the conversion.
- No action – these parents talk to their friends about it and complain but do nothing about it.
- Parents run for school boards – for those parents thinking of taking the lead, understand that you are able to make 90% of a difference on what goes on in the school because schools are directly impacted by the school board.
- Parents running their own school board for less than $1,000.
- Sellable campaign messages.
- Over 70% of school board members say it was very easy to get elected.
- Over 95,000 active school board members in the United States.
Now you have three different reactions.
If that video I brought up in the beginning bothers, upset and frustrate you as a parent, then do something about it. Half the battle is not doing anything. So I am challenging you, get involved more.
I recommend putting your children in private schools if you have the resources and if you do not have the resources, find a way to make some passive income and invest in your children’s education. Homeschooling is great option as well. The goal is to find a state and district that aligns with your values and principles.
