Here are 7 ways you can use AI to speed up growth in your business:

  1. RISK and LEGALITIES – In a recent study, a group of lawyers competed with AI in reviewing documents. The goal was to see which reviewal success ratio was better. Lawyers took 92 minutes to review while ChatGPT took 26 seconds. Lawyers received an 85% success rate while ChatGPT received 95%. When it comes to certain risks and legalities – complex questions, scanning vast amounts of legal documentation, drafting, annual reports, identifying clauses within contracts – the benefits of using AI could be a massive help and time saver.
  2. CUSTOMER SERVICE – Usually, there are five common questions customers ask to which AI is already being utilized to answer. Incorporating ChatGPT for customer service, (23% of customer service companies are already doing this) a business could save a good chunk of money.
  3. TRAINING and CONTENT – A recent statistic showed that 49% of employees are interested in learning how to utilize ChatGPT effectively. People are taking courses to get better at AI. Udemy has over 200 courses to choose from. I suggest looking into this and ask what the best ways to use AI for business are.
  4. GATHER DATA – I personally like to make analytical predictions for my business. According to Forbes, the most recent research indicates that a combination of AI and big data can automate nearly 80% of all physical work, 70% of data processing work, and 64% of data collection tasks. Wouldn’t it be worth it to know what is best for your business, weeks or even months from now? Unfortunately, this takes some job away – business analysts being one of them.
  5. SALES and MARKETING – Asking ChatGPT questions on how to navigate your business according to your customer base can be extremely helpful. AI can literally track the customers click rate and ask specific questions according to what they click, even if they have yet to buy anything. In being proactive, AI saves the business time and gets to the root of what the customer needs, quicker.
  6. COPYWRITING and OPTIMIZING – Some copywriters, (not all) are using ChatGPT to their advantage. They’re able to take on more customers because they are using AI. If you need 10 titles for a video, ChatGPT will give that to you. This could save you a possible $60,000-$80,000 per copywriter.
  7. AUTOMATION – You can create rules for emails, different rules for how you respond, you can send a brochure, link to a video, even create a CC assistant to create a calendar layout for you. You can be as specific as asking AI to respond to an email but not before waiting nine minutes. Businesses are doing this with Facebook, Hubspot, etc.
