Conservative activist Isabella Maria DeLuca was arrested on Friday, receiving federal charges for allegedly breaching the US Capitol Building and passing a stolen table out of a broken window on January 6th, 2021, according to court records.

DeLuca was arrested in Irvine, California on March 15th, over three years after the events of January 6th took place. The court documents, released Monday, allege that while standing on the terrace of the Capitol Building she helped grabbed a table being passed out of a broken window and give it to other protestors, who then used it to attack law enforcement. “This table was subsequently used to assault law enforcement officers guarding the Lower West Terrace Tunnel,” the affidavit reads.

On Tuesday morning, she told her more than 300,000 X followers about her arrest and charges.

“As many of you already know, I am facing the unwarranted targeting and persecution by the DOJ and FBI at the direction of the Biden Administration, like most J6ers,” she wrote. “Being handcuffed and shackled isn’t something I ever thought I would experience. Yet, through it all I remain and will remain steadfast in my convictions. This experience for me, has only served to shed light on the challenges conservative Americans, Christians, and Trump supporters face daily.”

The affidavit, authored by FBI agents, claims they have footage of DeLuca entering conference rooms in the Capitol through the broken window. They also claim to have photos of DeLuca in restricted areas on the Capitol campus.

Her official charges, all misdemeanors, are “theft of government property,” “disorderly conduct,” and “entering a restricted area.”

“People went to the Capitol building because that’s Our House and that’s where we go to take our grievances,” she is recorded as having written on Jan. 14, 2021, according to the court filing. “People feel, as do I, that an election was stolen from them and it was allowed.”

DeLuca denied entering the Capitol during interviews with feds after the riot, according to the document.

In the wake of her arrest, she shared a legal defense fund with a goal of $55,000. As of Tuesday afternoon, she had raised $12,036.
