Chaya Raichick, founder of the influential social media page Libs of TikTok posted on September 4 that Raichick requested for Musk to release “all communications,” offering full transparency on the ADL and other organizations that have sought to have accounts like hers banned from social media.

On an X post, formerly Twitter, Raichick said, “The Anti-Defamation League is only anti-defamation as long as you go along with their far-left viewpoints. If you disagree with them, they will defame you. In other words, they really aren’t anti-defamation at all.”

It is worth noting that as the ADL posted falsities of the social media page being an anti-LGBTQ+ Twitter account when Raichick is actually a lesbian as well as an Orthodox Jew.

As a result, the billionaire mogul responded to the Libs of TikTok account, suggesting that ADL and other organizations have been pushing him to “censor and silence X accounts.”

Musk added: “A giant data dump would clear the air.”

Later that evening, he reiterated his threat to take the ADL to court tweeting, “To clear our platform’s name on the matter of anti-Semitism, it looks like we have no choice but to file a defamation lawsuit against the Anti-Defamation League … oh the irony!”
