Former President Donald Trump has reportedly been so eager for an invite on the Joe Rogan Podcast, that ally Roger Stone has challenged Rogan to a cage match to settle the dispute.

Trump is one of millions of listeners who tune in to the Joe Rogan Podcast and is said to be interested in making an appearance on the show. According to the Daily Mail, Rogan told Trump’s team “No, every time” the opportunity has come up.

Rogan and Trump have been seen at multiple events including the UFC 290 fight in Las Vegas where both men were seen shaking hands, all smiles.

According to The Daily Beast, longtime ally and friend of Trump, Roger Stone, has started talking about organizing a UFC-styled cage match between himself and Rogan to settle the matter.

During an interview on InfoWars, the 70-year-old said: “I know I can definitely take him…I hit the heavy bag for an hour every Saturday.”

He made some amusing jabs towards Rogan’s height and stature saying, “Well, let me put it this way, Alex. He was wearing a really nice suit. I wonder what it would cost in a man’s size.”

One Trump adviser told The Daily Beast: “The mere discussion of Donald Trump on a blockbuster podcast like Joe Rogan builds a remarkable audience.”

In a video shared by The Daily Mail, Rogan states that he is not a Trump supporter and has allegedly claimed having no interest in helping him by bringing him onto his platform of over 11 million listeners.

The exchange at the UFC fight earlier in July went viral on social media, questioning where Rogan’s recent view of Trump stands, given the hot-and-cold history of commenting on the businessman’s policies, beliefs and behavior.
