A new analysis found Uber wait times went up in five of six major U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston, while the average price per mile jumped 53%. The study’s author put it bluntly: Uber is charging more for less. Uber disputes the findings, but riders aren’t happy, and the company’s reputation ranking just took a hit.
