Gov. Ron DeSantis shows no signs of leaving his based and highly respected post. Parents in Florida continue to praise the governor for his efforts to protect their children against the ‘woke’ ideology.
The governor’s health administration in Florida is pushing back on President Joe Biden’s state law regulations related to ‘transgender youth.’
In an interview released on Monday, Biden mentioned, “What’s going on in Florida, is as my mother would say, close to sinful. It’s not like a kid wakes up one morning and says, ‘ya know, I decided I want to become a man, or I want to become a woman.’ I mean, what are they thinking about here? They’re human beings. The love, they have feelings, they have inclinations that are I mean, it’s just to me, is I don’t know, it’s cruel.”
DeSantis came back with a sharp and unapologetic response via Twitter saying, “It is not ‘sinful’ to prohibit the mutilation of minors.” He continues, “It is not acceptable for the federal government to mandate that procedures like sex change operations be allowed for kids.”

According to The Daily Mail, Florida Agency for Health Care Administration Secretary Jason Weida said that the federal government pushing those with gender dysmorphia to receive surgeries as minors is the real ‘sin’ and is ‘decades behind other developed countries.’
Biden said that the way to fight it is to “make sure we pass legislation like we passed with same-sex marriage. You mess with that, you’re breaking the law and you’re going to be held accountable.”
Same-sex marriages do not, however, interfere with the literal physical, mental and emotional well-being of a child. To assume that this “fight” has a direct correlation with a decision made by two consenting adults actively blurs the lines of argument and ultimately harms more than protects the American people.
