In a shocking development, undercover reporting outlet Project Veritas has allegedly laid off almost the entire company. The report came in the form of a now-deleted tweet attributing the mass firing to new CEO Hannah Giles.
“SOS Hannah Giles just fired us all,” read a post uploaded to X on Thursday afternoon. The post was deleted several minutes later, but sources have since confirmed the layoff to other media outlets.
One source speaking to the Post Millennial also confirmed the resignation of the company CFO, leaving only “office admin, an HR person, a couple of development people & IT.”

This unexpected mass layoff comes six months after Project Veritas founder and former CEO James O’Keefe was suddenly ousted by the board of directors. Reasons for his firing in February 2023 remain unclear, but complaints of a toxic work environment and inappropriate behavior were raised at the time.
“James has become a power-drunk tyrant,” wrote a group of disgruntled employees in a letter. “We have all been on the receiving end of unnecessary, seemingly intentionally humiliating, and outright cruel behavior.”
Suspiciously, O’Keefe’s departure also came mere weeks after an undercover expose captured a Pfizer employee discussing efforts to further mutate COVID-19, allegedly in the hopes of making new vaccines.

Current CEO Hannah Giles was appointed as the replacement for O’Keefe, but sources allege that “the writing was on the wall” for Project Veritas as soon as the founder left. “Since James quit, the donations dried up…the donations never resumed,” the PM’s source said.
Project Veritas leadership has not yet commented on the layoff or its implications for the outlet’s long-term future.
