In Mississippi, Trump won by nearly 23 points, but Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith is up only 3. In South Carolina’s Rock Hill area, a Trump +17.9 region is within a point. Kansas, Texas, Maine, and Michigan are all tightening as voters cite affordability, the economy, and the war as their top concerns. Texas early voting is running at 113% of 2022’s pace, and the generic ballot is showing Democrats +9, the biggest gap Tom says he’s ever seen.
