Earlier today, Zelensky made a surprise visit to a NATO meeting asking for more support. He expressed his concerns that the war in Israel would distract from aid giving to Ukraine, and said Russia might exploit this. However, he made it clear that he supported Israel in its fight against Hamas.

Zelensky said international support was highly valuable after the Russian invasion of his country. “This is why I urge all leaders to visit Israel and show their support for the people. I’m not talking about any institutions, but about support for the people who suffered from terrorist attacks and are dying today,” he said today after his meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
Meanwhile, rather that voice support for Israel or Hamas, Putin has decided to remain silent except to criticize the United States, calling the conflict “a vivid example of the failure of United States policy in the Middle East.”
