According to 10 sources who spoke to Axios, “the White House is lacking someone in the room thinking first and foremost about how things would affect the campaign.”

Key incidents, such as Biden’s public praise for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis while Harris criticized him for not returning her calls, have highlighted a lack of coordination between the two camps.

Despite these issues, many aides from both sides remain committed to ensuring Harris’s victory. The White House denies any significant rifts, while frustrations over campaign coordination persist.
