Patrick Bet-David brought American politician Peter Navarro to join him and the home team to the PBD Podcast this past week. Topics of conversation got serious almost immediately, particularly when it came to Dr. Anthony Fauci.

In this short clip, Navarro explains the dangerous lessons learned from what “Communist China spawned in that lab,” is that the “American democracy seems extremely more vulnerable to disruption by viruses than other countries.” Navarro shared his belief that the United States failed to handle the Covid-19 pandemic correctly.

When talking about Dr. Fauci, he begins with his first encounter and meet with the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases back in January 2020.

“Within six minutes, I’m in a shouting match with that son of a bitch, and all he keeps saying – I don’t know who he is, ok? Didn’t know he walked on water, didn’t know he killed tens of thousands of people during the AIDS epidemic and got away with, that’s another story – it’s like somebody walks in here and sits down here and you start interviewing them and what do you do? You take their measure. And my measure of Fauci was, ‘this dude thinks he’s a whole lot smarter than he is, and he’s an arrogant son of a bitch.”

Navarro continues with the notion that he fought with Mick Mulvaney over the consensus that they were against the travel ban when the virus was first discovered. Navarro was ready to send a memo in January 2020 warning people himself of what was to come. He argued that Fauci knew that that virus came from the Wuhan lab and did nothing about it because he had helped fund gain of function research in that lab.
