President of El Salvador Nayib Bukele, known for his tough-on-crime policies that reduced his country’s homicide rate by 70 percent last year, was warmly received during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) conference near Washington, DC yesterday. CPAC is the largest annual gathering of conservatives in America, and Bukele doubtlessly attracted the attention of its organizers when he criticized Congressional Representative Ilhan Omar and globalist billionaire George Soros. While Bukele enjoys a massive approval rating in his country, he has received the ire of numerous human rights groups abroad, who allege his tactics are draconian.

Bukele took a shot at Soros during his CPAC speech as well. “Unelected bureaucrats are trying to instate public policy. Who elected them? … I mean, who elected Soros to dictate public policy and laws? Why does he feel entitled to impose his agenda? Let me tell you something: Soros and his cronies hit a brick wall in El Salvador. Thank God, and all the glory be to Him: Salvadorans are now immune to his influence. No one believes his lies anymore over there.”

At other points of the speech, Bukele savaged woke journalists and Western-backed humanitarian NGOs that promote lawlessness, rallying the audience of Americans to “unapologetically fight” against the “dark forces are already taking over your country.”

He told them to see the history of El Salvador as a warning about what can happen to a country when corrupt judges and hardened gangsters unite to form a narco-state.

“The next president of the United States must not only win an election, he must have the vision, the will, and the courage to do whatever it takes, and above all, he must be able to identify the underlying forces that will conspire against him,” he said.

After he concluded, attendees reportedly shouted his name and blew airhorns in support as dozens ran after him for photographs and handshakes.

Argentine President Javier Milei is set at CPAC to speak tomorrow, as is former President Donald Trump.
