The subject of the press release is a 24-state brief filed before the Supreme Court regarding an election integrity case in Arizona.
Marshall said, “It appears that blue states want to register illegals to vote in the 2024 Presidential election. This case should also serve as a call to action to Congress to pass legislation, like the SAVE act, to ensure that Americans alone decide who will govern them.” He goes on to criticize federal limits to state’s powers of election security.
