If you’re a fan of the hit show, Stanger Things, you will understand when I say that it seems we have reached the upside-down world.
Days after Audrey Hale slaughtered 3 children and 3 teachers at a Christian school in Nashville, President Biden seems to be shining light on any and everything except the victims and their families.
Just days after a mentally disturbed woman who identified as transgendered stormed Covenant Christian Elementary school and took the lives of 6 people in Nashville, Biden officially declared March 31, Transgender Day of Visibility.
In an incredibly tone-deaf proclamation, Biden stated ‘Transgender Day of Visibility’ celebrates the joy, strength, and absolute courage of some of the bravest people I know.” He continued, “Today, we show millions of transgender and nonbinary Americans that we see them, they belong, and they should be treated with dignity and respect.”
“Transgender Americans shape our nation’s soul — proudly serving in the military, curing deadly diseases, holding elected office, running thriving businesses, fighting for justice, raising families, and much more,” Biden wrote in his Thursday morning announcement. “A wave of discriminatory state laws is targeting transgender youth, terrifying families and hurting kids who are not hurting anyone. An epidemic of violence against transgender women and girls, in particular women and girls of color, has taken lives far too soon.”
The timing, (and correlation) between this proclamation and the Nashville shooting has not been favored to many Americans, claiming it falls as insensitive and neglectful towards the victims who weren’t just targeted but were actually shot and killed by someone who identified themselves to be in the same minority group Biden asks Americans to pay respect towards.
Timing is everything and Biden repeatedly arrives late to every party, sometimes on the wrong day, even – you can’t make this stuff up.
