The “free press” half refers to Clinton speaking out about press freedom. She’s done it for years, for example posting in 2023 that assaults on the free press have to be taken seriously, and in your clip she’s apparently doing it again and getting hit with a community note.
The “drone” half refers to a 2016 report from the website True Pundit, which claimed, citing anonymous State Department sources, that while she was Secretary of State, Clinton asked “Can’t we just drone this guy?” about Julian Assange, the WikiLeaks founder who published classified US military and diplomatic files. It’s never been confirmed. Many reporters questioned True Pundit as a source, and Clinton said she didn’t recall any such joke, adding that it would have been a joke if it had been said.
