A class-action lawsuit has been filed against YouTuber MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, and Amazon by five contestants from the upcoming competition series ‘Beast Games,’ alleging chronic mistreatment, sexual harassment, and unsafe working conditions. The lawsuit claims that the production companies, including MrBeast’s Off One’s Base LLC, failed to pay minimum wages and overtime while subjecting participants to dangerous conditions without adequate medical care, food, or rest.

Contestants reported being hospitalized and suffering physical and mental complications due to the alleged negligence.

The complaint describes a hostile work environment particularly affecting female participants and highlights troubling elements of MrBeast’s production handbook that fostered a culture of misogyny. The plaintiffs have opted to remain anonymous due to the sensitive nature of the allegations and have redacted much of the complaint to protect their identities.

Representatives for MrBeast and Amazon have not yet responded to the lawsuit’s claims.
