A Texas woman is suing a man for not showing up. That man just happens to be Brad Pitt.

Kelli Christina claims she paid one of the most famous actors in the world $40,000 for him to appear at five events she arranged for his Make It Right Foundation. But Brad was always a no show. Which was the probably the pits for the Texas woman, since we bet she told all her friends he would be there.

Christina also claims in court documents that she and the Oscar winner had developed a very close personal relationship and that the Brad Pitt she was talking to was discussing marriage.

If you think all of this smells a bit cat-fishy, then you would be right.

Attorneys for the real Brad Pitt says he’s never spoke to the Texas woman and she was cruelly tricked by an online scammer who pretended to be the “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood” star.

The Oscar winner’s legal team filed a motion in a Texas court to dismiss the entire case.

But even if Christina—who also happens to the CEO of a healthcare company in Dallas—got duped by a Fake Brad Pitt, she still wants the real Brad Pitt to pay her $100,000 in damages.

Christina told The Post, “This lawsuit is important for the country so I will continue to fight Brad Pitt and Make it Right Foundation. I have 113 pages of organized discovery to support the charges and allegations. I wouldn’t expect this lawsuit to go away easily.”

Which makes you wonder, if this case goes to court, will the judge ask the real Brad Pitt to please stand up?
