While President Biden’s away, former President Trump stays, paying a visit to East Palestine, Ohio on Wednesday.
Mayor Trent Conaway put President Biden on blast after taking a surprise trip to Ukraine on Monday instead of visiting the environmental crisis in Ohio, stemmed from the toxic train derailment on Feb. 3. Conway called it the “biggest slap in the face.”
During a speech in West Palm Beach Trump said, “You have a president going to Ukraine and you have people in Ohio that are in desperate need of help.”
Trump continued in a statement on Sunday, “The people of East Palestine need help. I’ll see you on Wednesday!”
The mainstream media has once again shown its unwavering disdain for the former president.

As they claim Trump’s visit is nothing more than a political stunt, the media’s intent on painting him in a negative light is un-shockingly apparent – never mind the fact that while they criticize Trump, they sing nothing but praises about Grandpa Joe.
This is the president who has given billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to Ukraine and who just today, stated his commitment to protect all NATO allies – presently showcasing more support overseas than in his own backyard.
On top of that, Ohio has been a historically blue state up until 2020 when the state flipped red and voted for Trump.
“East Palestine is a poor, white town that voted for Trump. So honestly, who cares? No one in the Biden administration did care and that’s an atrocity,” Fox News host Tucker Carlson said recently.
This could easily be a political stunt as well, but in the opposite direction. See how utterly ridiculous any of these claim’s sound but could also make complete sense?
And still, rather than the media curate their stories in a way to emulate the former president for at least putting boots on the ground in Palestine, they forever bash the once adored celebrity billionaire.
I say kudos to Trump for heading out to help the Ohio residents – that’s who really matters, here.
