Donald Trump is many things; subtle and understated, he is not.  But for someone as bombastic and skilled at public relations as The Donald, he has been laying pretty low since announcing he would be running for the top job again in 2024. His profile may get bigger and louder because he is days away from being welcomed back on Facebook and Instagram.

Or maybe not.

He received a two-year suspension after the Capital riots two years ago, but Meta is welcoming him and his 34 million followers on Facebook and 23 million Instagram followers back to the party in time to start making fun of his opponents by Valentine’s Day.

DT is already back on Twitter after Elon Musk took over, but as of yet, Trump has yet to push send on a single tweet.

With most rational people with an ounce of common sense knowing that social media companies have an agenda, who knows how long Zuck will allow Trump to keep his accounts.  They announced they have “put new guardrails in place to deter repeat offenses.”

Translation; “ Blah. Blah. Blah.”

Here’s more from Nick Clegg, owner of the imposing title of president of local affairs for Meta. Certainly, this has Trump shivering at Mar a Lago tonight. Brace yourself, Big Nick is coming strong with nuanced threats.

“In the event that Mr. Trump posts further violating content, the content will be removed, and he will be suspended for between one month and two years, depending on the severity of the violation.”

Okay, Nick. You do realize Trump has his own social platform and, like many Americans, might be over Facebook, right?
