Not every state is affected equally by the troubling crisis building on the Southern border of the U.S. Suffice it to say, the tiny little state of Delaware, the home state of President Joe Biden is one that is not immediately impacted.

On the opposite end of the spectrum is Texas, which shares a multi-hundred mile border with Mexico, and the situation has gotten so bad there that Texas has field a federal lawsuit against President Joe Biden.  In the suit, Texas argues that Biden’s policies violate federal law and are causing an influx of illegal aliens infected with coronavirus.  That is then causing a public health crisis and slowing the economic recovery of the state.

The Attorney General for Texas laid out the details. “President Biden’s outright disregard of the public health crisis in Texas by welcoming and encouraging mass gatherings of illegal aliens is hypocritical and dangerous.

“This reckless policy change stifles the reopening of the Texas economy at a time when businesses need it the most and when our children need to get back to in-person learning as soon as possible. Law and order must be immediately upheld and enforced to ensure the safety of our communities and the reopening of the strongest economy of the country.”

The lawsuit specifically picks apart Biden’s policies, and shows why they are creating a health crisis and straining resources of Texas.
