Not EVERYONE is bolting New York City. Ryan Seacrest gave NYC a test run the past few years co-hosting “Live With Kelly and Ryan” and apparently he’s decided to take a much bigger bite out of the Big Apple. At least it appears that way, since he put his Beverly Hills estate on the market for $85 million. Why the big price tag on the crib? Because it’s spectacular and loaded with Hollywood history.

Ryan bought the home eight years ago from Ellen Degeneres for just under $40 million. Before that, it was owned by “Will & Grace” creator Max Mutchnick.  Have property values gone up that much in So Cal where Ryan can pull a $44 million profit? During a pandemic? We’re about to find out. There’s only a handful of people on the planet that can and would want to purchase this spectacular property, and as you take a look inside the magnificent mansion you’ll see it just might get full price.

The home lays out like an uber-luxe resort and literally has five separate structures on the compound. The main house is 9,000 square feet that has every bell and whistle you can imagine including one you couldn’t. (A spa)

The living room has 22-foot-high ceilings, perfect for mega rich pole vaulters who want to practice during stay-at-home orders, courtesy of Gov. Gavvy.

The views are sick. There’s nothing not to like about the house. Take a look for yourself.
