President Trump stepped out publicly on Veterans Day for his first official appearance since the election over a week ago. The president attended a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on a rainy morning in the nation’s capital. He also issued a proclamation recognizing Veterans Day, honoring service members for displaying “courage and fortitude in the face of adversity.”

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the work continues on the lawsuits Trump is filing in relation to the Nov. 3 election. White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said Wednesday that Trump is in “great spirits” and added that she believes some cases will reach the Supreme Court. “I think at this point, it probably will make its way up to the Supreme Court,” McEnany told Just The News. “Right now, we’re at the district court level. And we will see how they rule in Pennsylvania and on our upcoming lawsuits here in Michigan and elsewhere. And I think it’s really anyone’s guess where this goes.”

The vote count continues in several states, including Pennsylvania. Several news outlets have reported that Democratic candidate Joe Biden is projected to win there.
