The golf leaderboard seems to have one name at the top regarding sex scandals.  His first name is Eldrick, known to billions as Tiger. Yes, Tiger Woods is facing some nasty allegations from his ex-girlfriend that have a lot to do with sex and money.

This one does not involve an Escalade, fire hydrant, golf club, or hostess at Perkins, but it is a doozy. His ex Erica Herman has accused Woods of tricking her into leaving his home in Florida under the ruse of going on a “short vacation.”  When she came back from the faux vacation, Tiger locked her out.

All of this is coming out in court because the 38-year-old Herman has filed a $30 million lawsuit against Tiger. The legal battle has been going on since October when she sued Tiger. They’ve kept it on the download until the news came out Wednesday.

Details in the lawsuit show that Edwards claims Tiger used “trickery,” He then refused to let her back in.

The former couple had been dating for several years. She was a former employee at his restaurant in Jupiter, Florida. The court papers share details of Herman’s side of the story. She claims she was told by members of Woods’ inner circle to “pack a suitcase for a short vacation, and when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence, in violation of the oral tenancy agreement and violation of Florida law.”

Herman claims she and Tiger had an “oral agreement” that allowed her to live at his mansion for 11 years. She had only been there six when he booted her.

So, based on her calculations, she deserves $30 million.  She signed an NDA in August of 2017 that Tiger’s team believes required her to fight Woods through arbitration, not the court.

She tried nullifying the NDA earlier this week, citing the Speak Out Act law. That allows NDAs to be voided if there’s proof of sexual assault or harassment.

There were no claims of either in the court documents.
