Hunter Biden is going to court! Not for anything related to his business overseas business dealings, yet, but Joe’s son is such an all-around bad boy that he’s keeping authorities in the U.S. busy for now.

A judge in Arkansas has ruled that Hunter will have to appear in court in Arkansas for his paternity case. According to the lawyers of his baby mama, Hunter has not provided anything in the discovery phase of the child support lawsuit he’s facing.

Judge Holly Meyer is a little less patient than federal prosecutors or the Justice Department, saying, “’From now on … I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct. I will no longer allow us to excuse clients because it is interfering with the progress of the litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points.’

Lunden Roberts is his former gal pal that is taking him to court, and her attorneys told the court last week Hunter should be locked up until he delivers some discovery items.

Biden has to be in court on May 1 for an in-person hearing.

Roberts gave berth to Navy Joan Roberts, and Hunter tried to pay the other less in monthly child support payments. But that move didn’t work. Roberts fought it, refused to negotiate, and demanded that the first son produce detailed financial records to demonstrate why he couldn’t pay what he owed.

Roberts’ team wants to know how he’s hurting for money when h sells painted for up to $500,000.  In case you haven’t heard, he’s a self-proclaimed “abstract artist.”

Hunter also claimed he couldn’t pay the child support despite living in a $12,000 a month Hollywood house and driving a Porsche.

A bench trial is scheduled for July 24-25.
