He might look like a familiar face. That’s because he is.
Jay Johnston played a prominent voice role on “Bob’s Burgers” and had a supporting role in the original “Anchorman.”

You think all the arrests related to the January 6 Capitol incident would be done by now.
But on Wednesday Johnston became the latest, as ABC News reports.
He was arrested on the charge of civil disobedience, among more minor ones, which is a felony.
Video caught Johnston giving a light push against a police officer, creating a path so people could break into the US Capitol. He apparently did this by grabbing a police officer’s shield and passing it along to those trying to gain entry. Or at least that’s what the affidavit says.
The FBI also says that Johnston helped pour water on police officers pushing back against entrants as they maced the officers in an attempt to break through.
It’s comes as no surprise that Johnston was there in the first place. He was dropped from Bob’s Burgers after a few weeks after Jan 6.
Johnston had a pretty fair defense though. Intent seems to be lacking. “The news has presented it as an attack. It actually wasn’t. Thought it kind of turned into that. It was a mess. Got maced and tear gassed and I found it quite untastic.”
Interesting, so Johnston says he was actually the one who got maced, along with other capitol rioters.
Johnston’s guilt will be hard to prove in court, but it looks like the FBI wanted a quasi-celebrity to be their poster boy.
